Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to make a complaint regarding the conformity of the product with the contract within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, by sending a submission to the information in writing to info@lutini.lv.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a written application to info@lutini.lv. The Buyer undertakes to return the goods in full package to the Seller to the address Riga, Graudu 55 within 7 calendar days after submission of the refusal. In case of refusal, we invite the Buyer to return the goods in the undamaged sales package.
We expect that in this case you will return the item as received, including packaging. If the value of the product is impaired as a result of the actions you take, we reserve the right to deduct the value from the refundable amount. We ensure that the item is shipped in perfect quality. However, if you find a technical defect or defect in the item you purchased, you can send it back to the store after you have agreed with us (write an e-mail). In this case, you have the right to ask for a replacement or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, you will receive the goods after payment, which will be appropriate for the amount of damage and shipping costs.
If for any of the above reasons you are required to refund the money paid for the product, it is transferred to the account from which it was credited. If you want to receive money in another account, you must specify it separately.
In the case of the above mentioned return of goods, the goods are checked for which we reserve 5 working days. If the item has been returned in the same condition as the dispatch, the shop will transfer the money immediately.
The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to lodge a claim and to receive compensation if the Buyer, with the right of withdrawal, is not careful with the due care of the returned item.
