Prices and payment

All prices include VAT.

We accept bank transfers, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and PayPal. Payment is also available through Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor/Nordea.

Both individuals and businesses are welcome to shop with us.

International delivery

We offer courier delivery throughout Europe, as well as delivery to Omniva and Venipak parcel lockers in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.

Goods are held at our warehouse in Riga, Latvia. Orders are prepared within 1–5 working days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination. Delays may occur during holiday periods.

To reduce packaging waste, we reuse cardboard boxes when packing orders.

Placing your order

Where applicable, please specify your chosen product colour and size in the “Notes” field when placing your order.

For business purchases, please provide your company details and VAT number. A 0% VAT rate may apply to eligible deliveries to businesses in other EU countries with a valid EU VAT number, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

Wholesale and business customers

Registered wholesale customers can view their discounted prices after logging in to their account.

We work with shops, hotels, guest houses and other businesses. For wholesale terms, larger orders or distribution partnerships, please contact info@lutini.lv.

We also support electronic document exchange via Telema EDI Supplier.
